We did this photoshoot in two locations – one urban, with artificial backgrounds, and the other in a rural setting, where the backgrounds were more natural greens. We also worked with two different outfits. This gave us a great variety of combinations, each with a very different feel to them.
Urban blog posts
Very much in love couple
Posted onWith some couples it’s very obvious how much they love each other, as was the case here. During this single photoshoot we changed location a few times so that we have some urban backgrounds, as well as some natural, green backgrounds. We also did a change of outfits part-way through to give some additional variety.
Black and white guitarist
Posted onIn the cobbled streets of London we did this really enjoyable photoshoot of a female guitarist – we felt the black and white versions looked so much better than the colour ones.
Multiple backgrounds for a female photoshoot
Posted onWithin a small area in east London we found several urban locations, plus a nearby local park which gave us some natural green backgrounds. A change of clothes added to the variety of the range of portraits we ere able to create.
Fashion photoshoot on the streets
Posted onFor this session we took to the streets of London for a range of urban backdrops during this fashion photoshoot. A combination of two changes of clothes, plus various jackets, gave us a wide variety of looks.
Male headshots
Posted onHere are some informal male headshots. These were used for various websites and social media profile photos, where we wanted something much more informal than the usual old-fashioned, formal headshot.
An Italian family in London
Posted onWe love how happy and relaxed this Italian family look in this lovely portrait of all of them together on a family holiday trip to London.
Male urban photoshoot
Posted onA deliberately dark and grimy-style can be a good combination for strong portrait photos of a man in an urban location.
A mix of jackets and tops
Posted onIn this photoshoot no outfit ‘changing’ was required, as this woman’s ‘base layer’ of black remained the same – instead, she brought along a blue jacket, a black jacket and a red top. We combined these with a few different backgrounds and very quickly we created a great mix of different looks for her portfolio.
Portraits of a dancer
Posted onGraceful poses of a dancer in an urban environment. We tried a number of different outfits and dance poses in this London street against a black-painted brick wall to show off her delicate dance moves.
