The use of anything on this website
No use of any of the following is allowed without the specific permission (in advance) of a Director of the BeesKneesPhotos Ltd company:

- any usage or representation of any photo, video or audio in any format or media,
- any text in any form taken from pages in this website, or in any downloads provided by this website,
- any usage or reproduction in any form of any logo or icon representing the BeesKneesPhotos name or brand - specifically including, but not limited to, the 'Bee' logo,
- any design, appearance, layout, functionality or code related in any way to the pages, layout, appearance or structure of this website or any downloads provided by this website,

If you are displayed in a photo on this website
If you are displayed, shown or recorded in any photo, video or audio on this website, and want to use that for yourself in any way whatsoever (whether offline, online, in any other website, app or social media, or for a competition entry - and regardless of whether you would like to do this yourself, via another company or organisation, or through some other person or third party):
- if you have signed a separate 'Model Release' or Contract with BeesKneesPhotos Ltd, then any permission to use the items granted within that Release or Contract will supersede the relevant parts of this BeesKneesPhotos Copyright Statement,
- if you have not signed a separate 'Model Release' or Contract with BeesKneesPhotos Ltd, or your agreement does not cover the use for which you wish to use the above, you do NOT have permission to use that photo, video or audio in any way whatsoever, unless you apply for permission to do so,
- to request any usage permission you must apply to BeesKneesPhotos Ltd before using it (i.e. you do NOT have the right to use any photo, video or audio first, then to apply for permission later),
- you are only allowed to use any photo, video or audio AFTER you have the express, written permission of a Director of the BeesKneesPhotos Ltd company,
- anything which contravenes the above statements, or is used without the express permission of a Director of the BeesKnees Company, will be pursued legally.
