Photos of Older Children

Older children are really interesting on photoshoots - they usually have a good idea of what they do and don't want to do. This brings with it some challenges - while some can be inquisitive and keen, others are more self-aware and can sometimes be disinterested or self-concious. Our approach is to engage directly with your children, rather than just through you, and to treat them more like an adult than as a child. This way if they have their own ideas they feel able to suggest them, so we can put some of their thoughts into the photoshoot so that they feel more involved. This works every time - we've yet to work with children of any age who haven't finished one of our photoshoots having enjoyed themselves.
