Our Family Photo Sessions and Prices

• the first thing we should do is to have a chat, so please call us on 07900-276579, or send us an email so we can set up an initial chat about your family photoshoot.

• we're keen to understand the reason why you'd like a photo session of your family and how you want to display your artwork,
• we'd like to hear about your family and who you'll be bringing to the photo shoot, their relationship to each other and the age of any children you'll be bringing,
• we'll then run through our approach to family photos sessions so that you can see how we make sure everyone enjoys themselves,
• lastly we'll talk to you about some of our products that work well for families and chat through our prices,
• we'll do this by phone or via Zoom.

• when you've made the decision to do the photo session with us, we'll ask you to pay the Session Fee and sign the Contract with us - at this point we can then reserve the date and time for your photo session,
• soon after, we'll have a Consultation Call with you over Zoom, where we can dive into more detail,
• at this point we'd love to hear more about your family - the personalities of those who'll be in the photo session - any sport or hobby passions any child might have - and any special needs we might need to be aware of - this helps us make sure everyone feels comfortable during the session,
• we'll have a chat about the locations that we feel will work best for your family,
• we can then chat about your family session, so you know what to expect and understand how we'll work to help keep everyone happy,
• lastly, we'll talk about some of the quality products we have that might match what you're looking for - at this stage you won't have to make any decisions on what you might want to buy - it's just to give us an idea of what you might like so that we can cover these during the session (you don't need to commit to buying anything until the Ordering Consultation later on).

• after the Consultation Call we'll make sure you get one of our Welcome Packs, which will include one of our digital magazines about how to get your family prepared for a photo session - of course, it'll also contain instructions for the day and where to meet,
• should you have any concerns or queries, we'll be available by phone or email leading up to your family photo session - we want to make it an enjoyable experience, so we're keen to help you out in advance if you need us.

• our family sessions run for around 1-2 hours, though the duration does depend on the weather, location and the patience of any 'little people' you bring along with you,
• depending on the weather and time of year, we'll usually be in the country - if you have people in your party who are happy to walk, we might walk for up to 1 mile on country paths, or grass - however, if you have people with you who very young, very old, or who have mobility issues, we can choose a location that involves much less walking,
• if you're bringing any 'little people' with you, you'll no doubt be worried about whether they'll behave - well panic not, as we'll work with you to make the whole session as enjoyable and fun for them as possible so that we can get some great photos of your family enjoying themselves.

• within 1-2 weeks after the session we'll arrange an Ordering Consultation,
• during this call we'll show you the photos we've created,
• we'll chat with you about any wall art, albums or presentation boxes you might be interested in displaying around your home,
• if you need help, we'll make sure you've got some good advice, such as as the sizing of wall art, the colours of frames and mounts, or the choice of presentation box,
• you can then place an order to purchase any items that you'd like - we have a 'no-pressure approach', as we only want you to order what you like - that decision is up to you,
• during this Ordering Consultation we ask that (a) if there are two parents in the family that both are on the call and (b) if possible, it's best to not have any children on the call, as we want you to be happy with any ordering decision you make, free from any interuptions - we'll do this call via Zoom.

• after you've made the decision about the items you want to order we'll send you an invoice,
• once the invoice has been paid, we'll ask you to confirm each item before we place the final order,
• we aim to deliver orders within 6 weeks of the final order being made,
• you'll then be the proud owner of some lovely wallart, presentation boxes or albums.
