Our Adult Photo Sessions and Prices

• the first thing we should do is to have a chat, so please call us on 07900-276579, or send us an email so we can set up an initial chat about your photoshoot.

• we're keen to understand the reason why you'd like a photo session and how you want to use or display your artwork,
• we'll then run through our approach to photo sessions so that you can see how we work to make sure our sessions are enjoyable,
• lastly we'll talk to you about some of our products that work well for couples and individuals, then chat through our prices,
• we'll do this by phone or via Zoom.

• when you've made the decision to do the photo session with us, we'll ask you to pay the Session Fee and sign the Contract with us - at this point we can then reserve the date and time for your photo session,
• soon after, we'll have a Consultation Call with you over Zoom, where we can dive into more detail,
• if you're a couple, we'd like to hear about you and how you first met,
• we'll have a chat about the locations that we feel will work best for you,
• we can then chat about your photo session, so you know what to expect and understand how we'll work to help keep you happy,
• lastly, we'll talk about some of the quality products we have that might match what you're looking for - at this stage you won't have to make any decisions on what you might want to buy - it's just to give us an idea of what you might like so that we can cover these during the session (you don't need to commit to buying anything until the Ordering Consultation later on).

• after the Consultation Call we'll make sure you get one of our Welcome Packs, which will include one of our digital magazines about how to prepare for a photo session - of course, it'll also contain instructions for the day and where to meet,
• should you have any concerns or queries, we'll be available by phone or email leading up to your photo session - we want to make it an enjoyable experience, so we're keen to help you out if you need us.

• our photo sessions run for around 1-2 hours, though the duration does depend on the weather and location,
• depending on the weather and time of year, we'll often be in the country - however, if you have mobility issues, we can choose a location that involves much less walking,

• within 1-2 weeks of the session we'll arrange an Ordering Consultation on Zoom,
• during this call we'll show you the photos we've created,
• we'll chat with you about any wall art, albums or presentation boxes you might be interested in displaying around your home,
• if you need help, we'll make sure you've got some good advice, such as as the sizing of wall art, the colours of frames and mounts, or the choice of presentation box,
• you can then place an order to purchase any items that you'd like - we have a 'no-pressure approach', as we only want you to order what you like - that decision is up to you,
• if you're a couple, we ask that both of you take part in the Ordering Consultation.

• after you've made the decision about the items you want to order we'll send you an invoice,
• once the invoice has been paid, we'll ask you to confirm each item before we place the final order,
• we aim to deliver orders within 6 weeks of the final order being made,
• you'll then be the proud owner of some lovely wallart, presentation boxes or albums.
